This launch event is an opportunity to meet the founding co‑chairs, learn about the Working Group’s vision and priorities, and explore how we can work together to promote more inclusive and gender‑responsive leadership in management education, organisations, and society. Through short reflections and conversation on advancing women’s leadership globally, we will share our planned initiatives including mentoring and community‑building, research‑to‑practice resources, curriculum development, and global collaboration. Above all, this event is about connection and collective purpose. We hope you will join us to be part of an open, supportive, and international network committed to shaping more equitable leadership futures through responsible management education.
