This chapter explores the necessity of incorporating climate change education into the fundamental aspects of business school curricula and practices, highlighting its importance rather than merely its benefits. The argument posits that providing future leaders with the necessary abilities to manage intricate climate dynamics, embed climate solutions, and cultivate collaborative networks across many industries and borders is crucial for constructing resilient businesses and society. We also examine how business schools might serve as catalysts for substantial environmental and social transformation by focusing on developing leaders who are equipped to tackle the pressing demands of our world with wisdom, accountability, and forward-thinking initiatives.
