It is well established that organizations accused of serious wrongdoing, such as fraud, health and safety breaches, pollution, discriminatory or bullying management, deploy tactics that include intimidating and discrediting whistleblowers. Investigative journalist Philip Whiteley, as well as guest whistleblowers including Alison McDermott, will draw on observation and experience to discuss six retaliatory tactics normalized within the legal profession.
