The Principles for Responsible Management Education (PRME) is a United Nations-supported initiative founded in 2007 that aims to raise the profile of sustainability in business and management education through Seven Principles focused on serving society and safeguarding our planet.

PRME fosters knowledge exchange and learns from good practices on responsible management education, setting the agenda and leading discussions within business and management schools.
PRME develops innovative tools and opportunities to transform teaching and learning in business and management education.
PRME tracks the implementation of the Seven Principles and the SDGs across the business management landscape through the story-telling of Sharing Information on Progress (SIP) Reports by PRME Signatory Members.
Over 800 business and management schools in 96 countries make up the PRME community - the largest organized relationship between the United Nations and management-related higher education institutions.
Today, 17 regional Chapters help to advance the Seven Principles within a particular geographic context, rooting PRME in different national, regional, cultural, and linguistic landscapes.
