PRME Chapter Review Sub-Committee

Purpose: The Chapter Review 2020 was a response to the PRME community’s expressed wish to review communication between the PRME Secretariat and the Chapters, within Chapters, as well as between Chapters themselves, in order to ensure balanced development and fair support to current and emerging Chapters.

Tasks:

  • Revise PRME Chapter governance documents (how PRME Chapters are organised and governed)
  • Review the nature of Chapter interaction, knowledge transformation and peer support
  • Review the relationship between PRME Chapters and PRME Secretariat

Outputs: PRME Chapter Review Sub-Committee ToR, revised PRME Chapter MoU, new PRME Chapter Journey, PRME Global Chapter Council ToR, foundations for a revised PRME Chapter Guidelines document

Mandate:

  • The PRME Chapter Review Sub-Committee was appointed in June 2020 by Chair of the PRME Board, Ilian Mihov
  • Served in a temporary capacity until December 2020, meeting every 2 to 3 weeks
