PRME Community Mourns the Loss of Ivan Montiel

It is with deep sadness that PRME mourns, with his family, friends, and work community, the loss of Ivan Montiel.

Most recently, Ivan was serving as a volunteer mentor and scholar on the Organizing Committee for the PRME World Tour Research Paper Development Programme. He led the PRME Chapter North America workshop in November 2022 and contributed significantly to its success, as well as the success of the preceding workshops across the world.

Ivan was a Professor at the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College, City University of New York, and Associate Editor for Business & Society.

Ivan was a kind and invested educator, researcher, and colleague, and he will be deeply missed by those who had the privilege of knowing him. May he rest in peace.🕊
