HSE Graduate School of Business

The HSE Graduate School of Business (HSE GSB) is a part of one of the most prestigious and internationally well ranked public Russian universities – Higher School of Economics (HSE University). HSE GSB was created in September 2020 through reorganisation of 11 HSE University faculties and schools active in the field of “Business and Management” education. The main goal of this transformation has been the establishment of a world-class Russian Business School and an academic key partner for business in the development of its management and business techniques. HSE GSB is a member of EFMD, QTEM and AASCB. In 2021 two GSB undergraduate programmes received EFMD accreditation for 5 years. 3 GSB graduate programmes are in Top-100 of “QS Business Masters” (#1 in Russia). In 2021 GSB opened the National Case Study Center, and in 2022 the Sustainable Management Center and launched a Master’s Programme “Sustainable Business Management”. The faculty team of the GSB is represented by 300+ researchers, practitioners, and managers from top Russian and global companies, who enrich the education process with their skills, expertise and knowledge of the best management practices. More than 200 Russian and international leading companies are GSB corporate partners. There are currently 6 academic Departments at the GSB covering the following key areas in management: Business Informatics, Marketing, Operations Management and Logistics, Organisational Behaviour and Human Resources, Strategic and International Management, Financial Management.
