PRME Chapter UK & Ireland
This session will explore how immersive Virtual Reality (VR) can be harnessed as a powerful tool in responsible management education. As business schools and organisations strive to prepare future leaders to navigate complex ethical, social, and environmental challenges, innovative approaches to teaching and learning are vital. Immersive VR offers unique opportunities to place learners in realistic, high-impact scenarios that encourage critical thinking, empathy, and responsible decision-making. Dr Yasmin Kulasi (Associate Head of College - Education and Students) and Dr Mazia Yassim (Associate Head of College - External Relations) will showcase the use of VR within Westminster Business School to highlight the benefits of VR for developing responsible management skills, and open a conversation on how this technology can transform the way we engage with sustainability, ethics, and leadership in education.
