Sustainability in Early Careers

Join expert panellists to reflect on the findings of our Sustainability in Early Careers Report launched in July 2025. Drawing on insights from over 200 organisations, the report explores the supply of, and demand for, sustainability-related placements, internships, and graduate roles across sectors. This report is one of the research outputs of our Careers and Sustainability Working Group and was only possible thanks to the collaboration between the UN Global Compact Network UK, Windō , Oxford Brookes University, University of Exeter, University of Bristol, Keele University, Nottingham Trent University, Richmond American University London, University of Surrey, University of Stirling, University of Warwick and University of Westminster.
