fictional myth. How can we empower future marketers and managers to change the
Fashion Industry despite the political environment we are experiencing?
Dr. Alessia Grassi (School of Design - University of Leeds) will provide an overview of
the state of fashion today encourage critical reflection, values-driven leadership, and
innovative thinking to promote responsible and inclusive business education and
practices, in alignment with the Principles for Responsible Management Education.
This talk will conclude with a call to action, encouraging participants to embrace their
role as change agents. By integrating the PRME purpose, values, method, research,
partnership, and dialogue into education practices, they can help reshape the fashion
industry and beyond to become more conscious, inclusive, and resilient.
