Cultural Intelligence and Inclusive Classroom

Tao Jiang, Associate Professor of Marketing Practice, is

committed to advancing Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion

(EDI) within educational practice.

In this interactive session, Tao will examine how Cultural

Intelligence (CQ) can serve as a catalyst for engaging all

students in diverse learning environments. By promoting

inclusivity, respect, and global understanding, CQ supports

the development of responsible leaders and learning

spaces that reflect the PRME principles. The session will

provide practical strategies for embedding Cultural

Intelligence into teaching and curriculum design, enabling

educators to create inclusive, impactful, and ethically

grounded classrooms.
