PRME Global

1st PRME Chapter Meeting Italy

We are pleased to announce that the 1st PRME Chapter Meeting Italy will be hosted on 29-30 May 2018 at LUISS Business School, LUISS University in Rome.

The meeting will gather all Italian schools that are signatories to the Principles for Responsible Management Education (PRME) in order to discuss the development of a PRME Chapter for Italy.

Objectives of a PRME Chapter Italy are:

  • Aligning business and management-related higher education institutions with the Sustainable Development Goals, while raising awareness and sharing best practices on how Italian HEIs, business and other stakeholders can contribute to achieve them.
  • Bringing the voice of business (including Global Compact Local Network Italy) and students as drivers of the demand for responsible management education, and facilitating policy dialogues and partnerships to support the SDGs in Italy.
  • Contributing to balanced quantitative and qualitative growth by recruiting signatories as well as to advancing PRME and UN Global Compact Principles in Italy.

The key objective of the 1st PRME Chapter Meeting Italy is to gather all schools to develop a future agenda and governance structure for the chapter.
