SIGMA-oikos is a student-run body of XLRI that focuses on empowering the backward and vulnerable sections of society through its many initiatives across the year. They organize 20+ events annually relating to rural education, sustainability, and social awareness, including Joy Of Giving week for the city of Jamshedpur, online and offline wish tree with wishes from NGOs such as People for Change and Cheshire Home, donation of clothes and books, Basic English Learning Program with the students of SOS Raipur, Masti ki Pathshaala, Sankalp, and People for Change, and so much more.
