This is the first PRME Report of AMSIB. AMSIB joined the PRME, UN Global
Compact because we are convinced that as a business school we have our societal
duty to contribute to find sustainable solutions for the challenges ahead.
Letter of Commitment (2017)
Achievements Curriculum Integration in the Field of Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability
Currently we have some ILO's on CSR and have components embedded throughout the curriculum.
Examples are course like: Co-creative Entrepreneurship, the Non-Profit Challenge, the International Business Challenge, and Business Ethics.
Achievements Research Development in the Field of Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability
Running research projects are:
Alliance for Responsible Denim, focusing on the manufacturing of jeans (finishing) and the recycling of jeans. Denim City and 12 denim corporates are involved.
Cities and Visitors: a research project with Amsterdam, Paris and Barcelona looking and the impact of tourism on city centers and how to make this more sutainable.
The AMSIB research centre CEDIS has a research line on crs.
