There are a number of PhD theses awarded on corporate social performance, corporate governance,work life balance, resonant leadership and well-being, women leadership and the like and many are pursuing their work in related areas.
We have a Center for Positive Scholarship for Organizational Sustainability where research and publications have been done on social entrepreneurship, emotional intelligence, well-being, gender equity, spirituality.
The institute is organizing a national conference on 'Strengthening Ethics and Values for Sustainable Growth' during Sept. 22-23, 2016.
A Source book on Managing for Responsibility with An Alternative Paradigm is under publication with Business Expert Press.
Another manuscript of a book has been submitted to Greenleaf Publications.
