Achievements Curriculum Integration in the Field of Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability

What has been achieved:
* 'Corporate Social Responsibility and Business Ethics' is a core course in all of our academic programs.
* The concept of Corporate Social Responsibility is integrated in individual courses, such as Financial Accounting
* Leadership is a core part of Academic Programs and a seperate Executive Education program.
* M.Sc. students' dissertation work on Corporate Social Responsibility

What is planned:
* Better integration of corporate social responsibility concepts throughout each academic program
* Increase in the number of available courses and executive seminars on social responsibility and sustainability issues
* Higher degree of student involvement in social responsibility activities

Achievements Research Development in the Field of Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability

Academic Research:
* Currently developing academic research on social responsibility (presented in conferences)

Applied Research: we participate in the following projects:
* Equal Opportunities & Development: Creation of a Mechanism for the Facilitation & Support of the Procedure for the Incorporation of the Equality Principle in the Working Environment (ANTHISI) (for Greece)
* Career Guide for Schools - Network for Career Guidance in Schools (EC project)
* Strengthening the role that Socio-economic Sciences and Humanities (SSH) have on the ERA Development – PLATON+ (EC Project)
* Learning for Security (L4S) (EC Project)
* Entrepreneurship funding guide (for Greece)
* Recruitment Confidence Index (RCI) (for Greece)
* Best Workplaces Competition 2009 (for Greece)
Participation in the consortia formed for the projects has provided the opportunity for co-operation and knowledge development with other non-profit organizations and companies.

Dissertations (Field Projects of MBA Students)
* Contributed to the development of the CSR strategy of an insurance company

Our target is to increase both academic and applied research that relates to corporate social responsibility, as well as to enhance our contribution in knowledge development with companies regarding corporate responsibility and sustainability
