Period Covered: Aug 2017 to Jul 2019

Established in 1973, EU Business School (EU)
is an international, professionally accredited, high-ranking business school with campuses in Barcelona, Geneva, Montreux, Munich as well as online. We offer foundation, bachelor’s, master’s, MBA, DBA and further education programs which focus on business administration, communication, tourism management, international business, marketing, finance, digital business and entrepreneurship, among others.

Achievements Curriculum Integration in the Field of Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability

EU's programs focus on the process of managerial decision-making in the global market. They are designed to prepare students for management positions in international companies by becoming competent, responsible practitioners of management and related professions. Therefore, the courses focus on the practical realities of managerial life with an emphasis on efficient and effective management. During their studies, students are trained to approach managerial decision-making with a full awareness of the positive and negative implications of each alternative.

Due to the impact of managerial decision-making, our future leaders are trained to solve problems that have no obvious or easy answers thus developing their keen analytical skills, a broad cultural sensitivity, multi-lingual skills and sound business ethics and values. The programs also aim at providing students with the basic principles for running a business in a highly ethical and honest manner, in accordance with EU's belief that this is the only way to compete effectively in today's demanding world. In addition, programs explore not only rational thinking, but also place a great emphasis on creativity.

The content of the curriculum provides an understanding of management, economics, finance, marketing and human resources within an international context, enabling students to improve their analytical, conceptual and people's skills. Standard methods of analysis and problem solving are discussed and taught. In line with the professional environment's increasing reliance on soft management skills to gain competitive advantage, the curriculum includes specific courses to strengthen these areas. Both undergraduate and graduate programs teach leadership, communication and team building skills. The programs also seek to develop professional ethics among the students.
