Cancellation and refund policy

All payments must be made in USD and must be received before registration can be confirmed. A 20% fee will be retained for all cancellations through 30 June. Refunds will not be issued after 30 June. Kindly note that refunds will be issued within 15 days after the event date.


A limited number of rooms have been pre-reserved for participants until June 23 at the Hudson Hotel (located at 358 West 58th Street 10019 New York, 6 minute walk to the Venue).
