Clemson University PRME SIP Report - September 2012 - View Report

Clemson University’s commitment to sustainability is long-standing, deep, and broad. Clemson University remains constant in its commitment to the principles of PRME. We continue to support research and educational activities promoting the principles of sustainability. This report documents our major achievements towards this initiative, and lists our key objectives for the next 18 months.

Achievements Curriculum Integration in the Field of Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability

The College of Business & Behavioral Science has established a sustainability research center, called the Project on Sustainability in Business & Society. This involves muti-disciplinary research on social, economic and business consequences of sustainability, in production, distribution and consumption. We have faculty, graduate and undergraduate research initiatives underway in this area. We intend to make this a major focus of our college and university in coming years.
