Achievements Curriculum Integration in the Field of Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability
The "Escuela de Negocios PwC Argentina" is the Corporate University of PwC in Argentina and it´s main objective is to give PwC talents an adequate theoretical, empirical and moral education. One of the Firm´s key Lines of Service is the Sustainability Division, so our academic activities and curricula incorporate the values of global social responsibility as portrayed in international initiatives such as the United Nations Global Compact. Our goal is to develop the capabilities of talents to be future generators of sustainable value for business and society at large and to work for an inclusive and sustainable global economy. Right now we have a very wide strong technical curriculum that includes ethics and compliance subjects, which are mandatory for everyone in the Firm. From 2013 we are incorporating new executive programs in management and leadership for developing a new Firm's Responsible Leadership Model that takes in consideration all the stakeholders and generates compromise in value based decisions and a culture of accountability. In a further step we expect to invite our clients and other stakeholders to our education programs.
Achievements Research Development in the Field of Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability
Our Firm has a strong research tradition in the field of corporate responsibility that from now on will be concentrated at the “Escuela de Negocios PwC Argentina”. The most remarkable projects are our annual CEO´s and Millennial's reports that include a sustainability focus. We also have developed, in partnership with a traditional university, a business chair in corporate governance. Next year we will be incorporating an Advisor's Board with specialists in corporate responsibility and a new series of working papers and business cases for publishing all the knowledge developed, specially the one related with our Sustainability Line of Service.
