Achievements Curriculum Integration in the Field of Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability

We have recently made relevant changes to the curricula that include the subject “Responsibility and Profession” as mandatory in every graduate program. This subject has the following topics: professional ethics, ethical aspects in work, ethics and legal framework for professional exercise, ethics and corporate government, ethics and globalization, ethics and scientific and technologic advance, world ethics.
Some of the following subjects have been added to 8 of our graduate programs: Sustainability and Responsible Management, Alternative Tourism and Sustainable Development, Environmental Legislation, Regional and Sustainable Development, Economics of Energy, Sustainable Architecture, Environmental Impact, Sustainable Development, and Environmental Engineering.

Achievements Research Development in the Field of Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability

Since 2006, the University established the Seminar called “For Sustainable Development and Ecology” with Dr. Mario Molina and Doctor Sherwood Rowland, both Awarded with the Nobel Price in Chemistry. This Seminar is directed to academics, opinion leaders, and business managers to promote forums, conferences and dialogues about environmental issues.
