IESE’s objective is to develop outstanding business leaders who have the ability to make a positive impact on the corporate world. The school has had a Business Ethics Department since it was founded and a core business ethics course in the MBA program since 1964. IESE has signed the Principles for Responsible Management Education, where it actively participates in the Working Group on “Curriculum Change and the PRME”.
