Business and management schools play a key role in shaping the mindset and skills of future leaders, and can be powerful drivers of corporate sustainability. RICS SBE sincerely believe in the mission and vision of PRME and in this report we exhibit how we have imbibed the principles of responsible management in education of our students.
Achievements Curriculum Integration in the Field of Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability
We award 4 MBA degrees:
1. Construction Project Management
2. Construction Economics and Quantity Surveying
3. Real Estate and Urban Infrastructure

•The RICS School of Built Environment was set up to professionalize the Indian construction industry
•Except Infrastructure Management, which is a new stream, all others are accredited by RICS
•Our curriculum, pedagogy, research and practice are driven by core RICS values of ethics and standards of construction industry.
•Sustainability is embedded in our curriculum throughout
•RICS is an active collaborator with the UNGC from the construction industry
•The Dean Emeritus if the School has been part of the RICS delegation for the UNGC +15 in New York
Achievements Research Development in the Field of Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability
•Over 90 professionals educated through a well integrated program and placed in the construction industry
•Ongoing research includes impact of increased FSI in metropolitan cities, application of BIM in Indian construction industry and new technologies in low income housing, etc.
•We plan to infuse sustainability issues and SDGs into every stage of construction activities from land to building life cycle management
