The ILR School and the K. Lisa Yang and Hock E. Tan Institute on Employment and Disability (YTI) has been committed to the Principles for Responsible Management (PRME) since 2015. The PRME aligns with our mission, vision and values and affords us the opportunity to reflect on how we might enable our students to be responsible leaders.
