Achievements Curriculum Integration in the Field of Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability

- Integrated business ethics and corporate social responsibility into the curriculum and offered various new related courses. We will be integrating more of CSR elements into the curriculum in the future across all programs.


- KUBS conducted Assurance of Learning to evaluate student’s learning in each program
As for Undergraduate program, new courses focus on providing theory and hands on practice to students in social enterprising and management
MBA program offers business ethics courses mainly deal with ethical and social issues in business administration.

- KUBS joined United Nations Global Compact in 2008 acknowledging the rising importance and need to nurture future business leaders with the sensitivity and appropriate skills to manage business in a sustainable manner.

- KUBS will offer more enhanced services to the international community by supporting the student involvement in international community outreach activities

Achievements Research Development in the Field of Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability

Under KUBS’s specific 3H policy for executive education (high quality, high price and high contribution to the school and business community), the school enhanced governance system of executive education programmes under the Institute for Business Research and Education, an affiliated research institute of KUBS which plays the role of an executive education center.

Supported various new corporate-oriented activities through organizational restructuring and empowerment of its own PR office, career development center, KUBS International office, MBA advisory board and International Advisory Board

Offered many company tailored programmes and specialized curricula to meet the demands of companies such as Samsung Electronics, Samsung Financial Group, SK Telecom, SK Energy and Hana Financial Group

Extended the international reach of corporate connections by initiating several new activities such as the International Residence Programme and a field trip for MBA students; a global internship programme; and an international employees’ training programme
