Over the period 2014/16 Antwerp Management School has taken significant efforts in terms of implementing the principles for responsible management education. Drivers to our commitment are, internally our mission house with a pillar on sustainability, the prme, the UNGlobal Compact and the Sustainable Development Goals.

Mission of our School:
Antwerp Management School is an international business school that helps its customers in creating sustainable value by cultivating talent to become Global Citizens, mastering the art of making decisions and leading people.
To accomplish this mission, Antwerp Management School delivers “state-of-the-art” management knowledge, anchored in a business and organizational context. This is the fundamental basis on which we build three value pillars that we believe essential for the development of Global Citizens:

Achievements Research Development in the Field of Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability
- BASF - Deloitte Chair on Sustainability Prof. Dr. Luc Van Liedekerke (starting April 1st 2012), a joint project with the University of Antwerp (dep. Applied Economics)
Focus: joint research projects, PhD projects, Master Thesis projects, updating and development of handbook on Corporate Responsibility (present book 30 000 copies sold), translation of the CR and Sustainability theme to wide spectrum of courses thought at University and Business school.
Visibility: together with partners, organization of seminars.
Future Project: Competence Center on CR
- Master Class Sustainable HR, Prof. De Prins: contribution of HR in the creation of sustainable value for organizations and for sustainable performance in general, by creating smart HR-solutions that increase the innovative capacity, help to attract talent and maximize the development and employment of talent.
Sustainable HR focusses on engagement and the positive energy of human capital.
