Lagos Business School's Sharing Information on Progress (SIP) report documenting the school's initiatives, achievements and objectives in implementing the principles of responsible management education over the last two years. The report details LBS' initiatives which highlight the tenets of ethics, sustainability and responsible business in the Nigerian business community in particular and Africa at large.

Achievements Curriculum Integration in the Field of Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability

LBS' curricula and programmers integrate ethics and sustainability. As has been the norm, business ethics and sustainability sessions are included in our full time and executive MBA curriculum as well as all executive and customised programmes. Recent programme designs and learning vehicles include:
- Personal Social Responsibility and Social Entrepreneurship module for MBA programme.
- Sustainability Journey (company tours and assessment) on Executive Education programmes
- Free online courses on corporate sustainability
- Executive Education programmes for Agri-Business Entrepreneurs
- Certificate programme on Non-Profit Leadership and Management in partnership with Ford Foundation West Africa.

Achievements Research Development in the Field of Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability

LBS' research objective for 2017 to 2020 pursues “practitioner and applied research that address and solve social and institutional business problems in Africa”. Our faculty and research centres have produced case studies, journal articles and industry research outputs in line with this objective.

The school has developed and also partnered with companies and government bodies to deliver new and innovative programmes which build capacity in key areas of social and economic development in our emerging market context. These programmes and seminars address issues including sustainability, anticorruption, agri-business, corporate governance, institutional ef´Čüciency through digitalisation and social entrepreneurship.
