The Carey Business School MBA experience begins with a required Leadership and Social Ethics Proseminar that frames learning for the entire MBA curriculum with a focus on the moral challenges of

• Corporate citizenship and social responsibility
During the Proseminar, each student practices
• Cultivating and articulating a personal moral compass
• Cultivating shared values through collective moral discernment and reasoning
• Identifying and framing moral challenges in relation to a value proposition
• Leading diverse stakeholders in ethical discernment and dialogue
The Leadership and Social Ethics Proseminar is available as an executive education experience.
Future curriculum development plans will build on the Proseminar experience to integrate moral leadership learning throughout the MBA program.
