Forética has published a new Spanish guide on CSR communications. The first part of the guide analyzes the challenges faced by organisations who want to effectively communicate their CSR policies. For the second part of the book, Forética has selected seven case studies from companies, including examples of internal communication campaigns, stakeholder dialogue or strategic advertising campaigns, among others. In addition, the annex presents some of the main findings of the fifth study on internal communication in Spanish companies developed by the Center for Internal Communication and Corporate Identity in collaboration with Instituto de Empresa, Human Capital Group and Inforpress.
