Transformational Model for PRME Implementation: New Resource Brings Light to a Systematic Approach Towards the Implementation of PRME

The Transformational Model for PRME Implementation was launched on the occasion of the 3rd PRME Regional Meeting North America. This new resource is an instrumental guide on how to systemically approach the implementation of PRME, taking into consideration the complexities and specificities of management-related academic institutions and business schools.

Led by the PRME Champions pilot group, the resource is based on the active support and input by the PRME community, and draws on concrete examples from individual PRME schools. Inspired by the Global Compact Management Model, the Transformational Model presents eight stages of PRME implementation. Through this model, institutional transformation is seen as a strategic journey that evolves through a process of continuous improvement.

Building on experience accumulated since the launch of PRME, the Transformational Model for PRME Implementation is a key resource for both currently engaged and new PRME signatories. It should be considered a “living” document, created for and by the PRME community, which will be updated through periodic reviews every few years.
