The visited to Fortaleza also served to mobilize the local higher education institutions to join PRME. Norman de Paula Arruda Filho personally visited more than eight deans of higher education schools, based in Fortaleza, to present the Principles. Now he is following these institutions and providing orientation to advise them on how to join PRME, according to their needs.
