The Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education (ITESM) Centre for Responsibility and Sustainability in support of PRME offers 5 full scholarships to participate in the International Responsibility Management Summer School 2011. Each allows one student to study one certificate course free of tuition. Eligible are students enrolled in PRME member schools, members of the networks Net Impact, OIKOS and SIFE.
The International Responsibility Management Summer School 2011 is an event organized by the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education in support of PRME. A series of four courses related to the management of business sustainability will be provided to graduate and undergraduate, business and engineering students from all over the world. The single courses topics include “Responsibility Management”, “Social and Environmental Entrepreneurship”, “Cause-Related and Social Marketing and the Communication of Sustainability”, as well as “Green Design and Sustainable Innovation”.
Professors of the International Responsibility Management Summer School are internationally renowned experts from 6 different countries who in total have published more than 10 highly relevant books. During their stay, students will also have the possibility to participate in social activities and gather real hands-on experience, visiting exemplary enterprises, governmental and non-governmental institutions. Students will receive a certificate in Responsibility Management issued by the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education in support of the United Nations PRME. When required, students can receive an additional document aimed at credit transfer to their home university. A maximum of 20 students per course can be accepted.
