Registration and Logistics


Registration for the 2017 PRME Global Forum is open to all representatives of higher education institutions such as deans, presidents, faculty, students, and key administration officials. Institutions that are already signatory to PRME automatically receive invitations through email. For non-PRME schools, to request a new invitation, or to transfer your received invitation, please email Space is extremely limited, so we strongly encourage registration as soon as possible.

Cancellation and refund policy

All payments must be made in USD and must be received before registration can be confirmed. A 20% fee will be retained for all cancellations through 30 June. Refunds will not be issued after 30 June. Kindly note that refunds will be issued within 15 days after the event date.


A limited number of rooms have been pre-reserved for participants until June 15 at the Hudson Hotel (located at 358 West 58th Street 10019 New York, 6 minute walk to the Venue). Participants are strongly encouraged to secure hotel accommodation as early as possible in order to benefit from discounted rates and conditions (shown below).
